There are two percentages shown on some days… what do each represent?
Nice app… I use it a lot and am looking forward to the update.

According to NOAA, the one below the icon is cloud cover percentage and the one inside the icon in the bottom right is the chance of precipitation.
Please forgive the current site’s look. I’m having issues with WordPress at this time.

Some of the percentages inside the icon are green and some are red, what’s the difference?

Those icons come directly from weather.gov.
I looked at all the icons and it seems like the ones in red are when there is a chance for a thunderstorm/lighting.
There are also ones with blue percentages for cold weather conditions that have snow/ice.
